PRODUCT INFORMATION

Wembocil-MIS30 is a new generation combination of hydrophobic and hydrophilic micro polysiloxane which gives inner softness and an outer smooth surface. It is suitable for exhaust application as well as pad application for  cotton ,polyester and cotton knits fabric. Finishing with Wembocil-MIS30 leads to soft,fluffly handle and surface smoothness finish. It also imparts rapid moisture absorption, evaporation and improved wicking thereby producing a cooling effect to a wearer.It can improve the crease recovery and self-smoothing properties.

Pad application
10-30 g/l Wembocil-MIS30,depending on requirments
pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, pick up 65-70%, dry below 160 deg.C.

Exhaust application for garments.
1.5 - 3% Wembocil-MIS30,(o.w.f.)
pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, treat at 35-40 deg c. for 10-20 min.
Note:- pH of bath should not exceed 6.5 (pH of bath should be
acidic)
Precautions
Storage: Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
